Haiku #10

I cannot assert sole authorship of this poem. It’s by Greg Bryant, Bryon Cannon, and Nancy Jackson. That averages about a line, or 5.67 syllables, apiece.

massive branch, its fall
unseen, lies like a dead horse
crushing its shadow
